Non- Violent Communication

What is Non- Violent Communication?

Non- Violent Communication is developed by Marhall Rosenberg. It is used with great results in businesses, schools and in private relationships.

Non- Violent Communication helps you to express what you feel and need on a deeper level to yourself and to others.
It helps others to listen to you more easily and to understand you completely, and the other way around. If you use Non- Violent Communication, you quickly notice that your relations with the people around you improve Conflicts dissolve, confusion disappears and it becomes easier to make yourself clear, to draw boundaries, to express your feelings and to get what you need.

You learn to do this in a way that helps others to truly understand you.

Connecting Communication concretely provides people with the following things:

  • Deepening the relationship with your own partner
  • Better understanding of what is important to them in life
  • More contact with your feelings and needs
  • Less worrying
  • Less stress
  • Prevent and resolve conflicts
  • More peace and less tension in life
  • Better working relationships
  • More pleasure in life

Within professional organizations this ensures faster and better coordination between colleagues, customers and clients. Organizations gain strength, people work with more pleasure and get better results.

The training consists of three blocks of two days each. There is basic training, follow-up training and a training called “Apply in practice”.
All blocks are offered at different times in the year. You can choose to follow the blocks in quick succession, or wait longer before you take the next step.

The times between which the training sessions take place are: 09:30 until 16:30.

Between the blocks, no effort is required from you in preparation for the next training session.

In the Non- Violent Communication program you’ll discover how you can achieve more openness, connection and depth in contact with your partner, children, friends, family members and colleagues.

You’ll learn:

  •     How you can improve and deepen your relationships,
  •     How you can say what really matters to you,
  •     How you can live without quarrels and conflicts,
  •     How you can make choices that are right for you,
  •     How you get better contact with your colleagues and experience more job satisfaction,
  •     How you ensure that others fully understand you.

We do this by basically training three things:

  •     A good understanding of the theoretical model,
  •     Practice with Connecting Communicate in contact with the other,
  •     Practice with Connecting Communicate in contact with yourself.

The following topics are trained:

  •     Expressing what’s really alive in you
  •     A clear understanding of what is happening within the other person and why someone reacts in a certain way
  •     Dealing with emotions
  •     Responding if what the other person says causes hurs or irritation.
